Shipping and Delivery

1. We offer free delivery on all orders over £40.

2. For orders under £40 there is a small charge of £3.95.

 

3. Larger orders are sent via courier, smaller orders via Royal Mail.

 

4. Please allow 7 days from despatch before getting in contact regarding delivery of your order.

 

5. All queries regarding non receipt of goods must be made in writing by email to info@thescentshack.co.uk.

 

6. We regret we are only able to ship goods within the UK.
